Product details

Cast Numbers
Each number is made from solid cast aluminum in a foundry, giving it a subtle handcrafted feel and a more authentic look.

Black or Brushed Aluminum Finish
Two finishes are available: satin black with a baked-on paint for excellent weather resistance, and brushed aluminum protected with a clear coating to maintain its appearance.

Integrated Threaded Rods
Threaded rods are fixed directly to the back of each number, allowing for installation with no visible screws.

Thickness and Shadow Effect
Each number is 1" thick, creating a subtle, elegant shadow effect. Note: when placed too close to a directional light source, this depth may cast stronger shadows. For optimal readability, we recommend avoiding installation directly under a light.

FAQ

Can the Prestige model rust?

No. The Prestige is made from solid cast aluminum, a material that does not rust. The black finish features a durable baked-on coating, while the brushed aluminum is protected with a clear sealant to prevent corrosion and fading.

A great choice if you’re looking for a durable outdoor house number.

On which surfaces can I install my address?

You can install your aluminum number on most exterior surfaces: wood, fiber cement, aluminum, brick, or stone. The included drill bit works for the majority of materials but may not be suitable for harder surfaces like natural stone—in that case, a specialized bit is recommended.

The threaded rods ensure a secure and clean installation.

A reliable option for displaying your house number clearly and neatly.

Is my house number visible from a moderate distance?

Yes. Prestige numbers are 8" high and offer good visibility at approximately 12 to 18 meters (40 to 60 feet) under normal conditions. Because they have a finer stroke, readability also depends on contrast with your exterior surface and the chosen placement.

At this distance, the 8" format remains a clear reference for identifying homes set at a typical distance from the street—such as bungalows, townhouses, single-family homes, duplexes, or semi-detached houses.

For homes set farther back, we recommend the Contemporary or Large Contemporary models.

Ideal for homes located at a standard distance from the street.

My wall is uneven, can I still use these numbers for my address?

Prestige numbers come with 2" threaded rods, with 0.25" inserted into the number itself. For most walls, this length is sufficient. However, if your surface is highly irregular—such as fieldstone, split masonry, textured natural stone, ledge stone, or rocky surfaces—longer 3" or 4" rods may be required. You can find them in our complementary products section.

This solution helps ensure your address is straight, stable, and perfectly aligned, even on walls with significant surface variations.

A practical guide to choosing the right address

  • Choosing the right location

For optimal readability, install your address in a well-lit area—but not directly under a light source. The Prestige features a pronounced relief, which can create stronger shadows if light hits the numbers head-on.

We recommend doing a quick test in the evening before installation: step back and check that the address remains clearly visible from a distance. Mount the numbers flush against the wall, with no gap between the number and the surface.

If your light fixture is positioned on one side of the door, place your address on the opposite side for the best result.

Perfect if you’re looking for an address that stays clearly visible—day and night.

  • Choosing the right color

Because the Prestige features a finer stroke, choosing a contrasting finish is key to maximizing visibility. Satin black works best on lighter surfaces such as white brick, light gray fiber cement, or beige vinyl. The brushed aluminum finish is ideal for darker façades like gray stone, deep red brick, or stained wood.

Both options offer excellent durability and suit both modern and more traditional homes. A great choice if you’re looking for a house number that’s clear and easy to read from the street.

  • Choose the Right Orientation

Horizontal installation is the most classic option and ensures smooth, easy readability of your house number. It works especially well for four- or five-digit addresses.

Vertical installation offers a more modern look and is ideal for narrow façades or columns near the entryway. The included template makes both installation options easy to achieve.

Just be sure to place your address at a height that’s clearly visible from the street. A great choice if you want your house number to be easy to spot when arriving.
