This warranty covers manufacturing defects that may appear over time when the product is installed and used under appropriate conditions.

The warranty begins on the date of purchase and remains valid upon presentation of the invoice.

When a product includes a structure and electrical components, each element is covered according to its respective category.

What is covered

The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting:

• structural integrity
• abnormal detachment
• twisting not related to installation
• premature corrosion in a normal environment

The warranty applies when:

• installation complies with the provided instructions
• the product has not been modified
• the installation support is stable and appropriate

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover:

• damage caused during installation
• installation on unstable or living supports, such as a tree
• improper handling or the use of unsuitable tools
• normal wear and tear
• unauthorized alterations or modifications
• damage caused by a third party
• damage caused by snow, ice, or debris projection
• products installed in environments highly exposed to salt, salt air, or significant abrasive conditions (e.g., immediate proximity to a saltwater body or an unpaved road)

Any request must be accompanied by:

• the order number
• proof of purchase

Claim procedure

If you believe a manufacturing defect has occurred over time, please submit a request via our form below.

However, if your product was damaged during transport, you have 48 hours from receipt to submit your return request for a damaged product.

If the model is no longer available, a product of similar value may be offered.

Limitation

The warranty is limited to the replacement of the recognized defective product. No indirect or consequential damages are covered.

Do I need to keep my invoice?

Yes. The warranty is valid upon presentation of proof of purchase. If you made your purchase at a trade show, it’s important to keep your paper receipt. For online purchases, your invoice was sent to you by email at the time of your order.

What is the warranty on the LED components?

Electrical components, including the LED strips, power supply, and transformer, are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
