Where can I return my product?

Returns can be made in person at our workshop located at 585 chemin Robitaille, Shefford, Quebec, J2M 1X2, or by carrier after receiving return instructions by email.

Can I return a product that has already been installed?

No. Any product that has been installed, opened, or modified is not eligible for return. Items must be in resellable condition.

Do I have to pay for shipping if I request an exchange?

No. Shipping for the replacement item is free for eligible exchanges.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges, however, we can provide a return label at our preferred rate to help reduce your costs.
