At Mon adresse civique, each order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipping. Our products are designed to last and offer a quality finish. Due to the materials used and the manufacturing process, very slight imperfections may occasionally be visible upon close examination. These do not affect either the durability or the overall appearance once installed.

We invite you to check your order upon receipt. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to help.

Return Period

You have a period of thirty (30) days following receipt to submit a request for an exchange or refund.

Exchanges

We prioritize exchanges when possible.

For eligible exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish, however, we can provide you with a return label at our preferential rate to limit your costs.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will ship the new item at our expense.

Refunds

In the case of a refund, return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. It is your responsibility to return the product securely in its original packaging.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Restocking fees of up to 5% may apply if the packaging has been excessively handled or damaged and adjustments are necessary to return the product to a resalable condition. If applicable, photos may be sent to you.

The refund is issued after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, an item must:

• Be in a resalable condition
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Not have been installed
• Remain sealed
• Have unused templates

Boxes can be opened for inspection and handled with care. If any characters have been unsealed, only those that remained sealed can be accepted.

Any item not meeting these conditions may be refused.

Ineligible Items

The following are considered final sales:

• Any product assembled or configured specifically for your order
• Any installed, modified, or altered item
• Any product that cannot be restocked and resold as is.

Defective Product or Damaged on Delivery

If your product is defective upon receipt or was damaged during delivery, please complete this form within 48 hours of receipt. Photos are mandatory so that we can quickly assess the situation and propose the appropriate solution.

Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled as long as it has not been shipped.

If it has already been prepared, restocking fees of up to 5% may apply.

Can I open the box to check my product?

Yes. You may open the box to inspect your product and handle the items with care. However, products must remain unused and in their original condition to be eligible for return.

I’ve unsealed a number—can I still return my order?

Only items that remain sealed may be eligible. Please contact us so we can review your situation.

Who pays for return shipping?

Do I have to pay for shipping if I request an exchange?

No. Shipping for the replacement item is free for eligible exchanges.
