Holiday Shipping:

We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered under the tree by December 20th. However, we unfortunately cannot guarantee this, as delivery times depend on the shipping carrier, which is beyond our control. We encourage you to track your order using the tracking number provided once your order has been processed. 🎁🎄

Delivery Time:

Our regular delivery times range from 1 to 14 business days, but most orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. If you have an urgent order, we encourage you to call us at 450-330-1044 or contact us after placing your order. We will do everything we can to accommodate you.

A Unique Touch:

Your order is as unique as you are! Each item is made individually and carefully packaged after you press the "Order" button. We will happily assemble your order and ship it via a carrier who will provide a tracking number. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, letting you know how many days it will take to arrive! The package will be left at your door. If you prefer another arrangement, simply let us know in the comments section during checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Address Accuracy:

We cannot guarantee delivery if the carrier cannot locate your house! It is your responsibility to ensure your home is easily identifiable. Additional fees may apply if there is an error in the shipping address provided.

International Orders:

Shipping rates for international orders will be provided at the time of checkout. Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for delivery.
