Processing and Delivery Times
Each order is carefully prepared in our workshop in Quebec. This is not an automated production line, a real person takes care of your order from start to finish.
Preparation typically takes between 1 to 5 business days before shipping. Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes between 1 to 5 business days depending on your region. This is why we indicate a total estimated timeframe of 1 to 14 business days to receive your order.
If your order is urgent, feel free to call us at 450-330-1044 or contact us after placing your order. We will always do our best to help.
Product Manufacturing
Our products are made to order. Some components are prepared in advance, but each address number, address plaque or mailbox is customized, inspected and packaged one by one in our workshop.
For custom projects or products not available in our online store, lead times may vary between 1 to 4 weeks depending on complexity. ARCH lighting products may require up to 10 weeks in case of backorder.
Carriers
The carrier is selected at the time of shipment based on your address to ensure the best possible service. In certain remote areas, we use Canada Post. If you prefer this carrier, simply mention it in your order notes.
As soon as your package leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with your tracking number. For any delivery-related questions, we recommend checking this tracking number first. If something seems unusual or you have concerns, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.
Doorstep Delivery
Packages are typically left at your door. If you prefer a different option, simply indicate it in the order notes at checkout.
Shipping Address
It is important to provide a complete and accurate address when placing your order. If the carrier is unable to locate your address or if the information is incorrect, additional fees may apply.
We also recommend clearly displaying your house number if it is not already visible, to help facilitate delivery.
Lost or Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, contact us promptly with your order number. We will take care of the situation and follow up as needed to resolve it efficiently.
Workshop Pickup
You may also pick up your order directly at our workshop located at:

Pickup hours are as follows:
Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Outside of these hours, arrangements may be possible. Simply contact us.
Shipping Within Canada and Internationally
We ship across Canada at a flat rate of $9.99. This amount is lower than the actual shipping cost. At My Address Number, we choose to cover part of the shipping fees to offer you a more accessible rate.
For orders outside Canada, shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address. Delivery typically takes between 1 to 4 weeks and is handled by Canada Post.
