Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from My Address Number.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.

To be eligible, items must be in resellable condition, in their original packaging, uninstalled, sealed, and with unused templates included. Products that have been installed, modified, unsealed, or cannot be restocked are not eligible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges, we can provide a return label at our preferred rate upon request. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the new item at our expense.

For refunds, original shipping fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee of up to 5% may apply if certain items need to be repackaged or restored for resale.

All refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

For defective or problematic products, please complete the warranty form within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Policy

We aim for your complete satisfaction, which is why we encourage you to verify your order upon delivery. Each order is checked and approved before being shipped. Due to the density of the materials used to manufacture the numbers and the cutting process, slight imperfections may be visible upon visual inspection. Please note that these do not affect the quality of the product.

If the item is damaged, please complete the “Replacement Request” form under the Warranty section. If an error has occurred in your order, please notify us as soon as possible and we will correct it at our expense. However, if the error is on your end, please refer to the “Return Conditions” section.

Return Conditions

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to return the item.

Products must be returned in their original packaging. Any items that have been unsealed will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

For non-defective products, shipping and related costs are your responsibility.

Please note that Moderne models and Urbaine mailboxes with numbers are custom-assembled for your order and are therefore final sale.

Any items that have been unsealed will not be accepted, and shipping fees are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to return the item in its original packaging.

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. However, if the order has already been prepared, a 5% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
